Warwickshire County Council currently provides an information and advice service called Dementia Connect which is delivered by the Alzheimer’s Society. This service is offered to anyone affected by dementia, including carers, who are living in Warwickshire and are registered with a Warwickshire GP. It offers practical and emotional support and connects people to additional services to help them live well with dementia.

The Council is conducting a survey to understand what people need from local dementia information and advice services, both now and in the future. We welcome views from anyone with an interest. Your feedback will help the Council improve these services to better meet people’s needs.

The deadline for responses is Sunday 23 March 2025.

This survey is hosted by Coventry City Council. Click on this link to access it directly or see www.warwickshire.gov.uk/ask for more information and a link.
