David Carter

Chair of the Planning Committee. Finance Committee. Parish Council Representative to the Greswolde-Williams Charity
David was re-elected as a Parish Councillor in 2023. He is a member of the Finance and Planning Committees. The planning role includes considering planning applications within the parish.

David has lived in the village for over twenty years. He is now retired having previously worked as a lawyer and a public service manager. He undertakes several voluntary roles.

David is particularly interested in planning, footpaths, the local environment and the effectiveness of services for the village.
